My elderly disabled mother got behind on electricity during this Covid19 nonsense. She got set up on payment plans to catch up. But What I'd like to know is what possessed Entergy to resort to scare tactics to call and harass an elderly disabled woman at almost 9 PM at night to disconnect services two days prior to what was stated on the bill and disconnect service notice stating she has until 9/23/21. The WORST power company I have ever dealt with. I’ve lived in 3 states and had many different apartments and have never had any problems. I have not had power for 6 whole days. SIX. Entergy customer service billed to the wrong name, then shut my power off because the bill was not being paid, and after I paid the bill my power is STILL not on. My son and his girlfriend went from a 130$ electric bill to a 500/ 600$ electric bill after a transformer blew behind their home they recently started renting. They moved from Fayetteville to Little Rock for a new start and better opportunities. For 3 months they have been called, cried and started fighting to get someone out to fix the problem. Who ever has the keys to the old locks in Jacksonville AR that Entergy issued may be using them to steal things. Ie: our 16ft trailer. Agent said different dates of when they replaced the meter. Meter looks brand new. No dust or dirt. Lock and chain was there at 8 am Aug 31, 2020. Gone by 2 pm.

Wost electric company I have ever seen. I've lived all across the USA and have never had outages like Entergy. I'm talking 7-8 a year.
