Electricity yay!!!!
Entergy Arkansas is the absolute worse. I paid my electric bill twice, by mistake. I requested a refund of the overage which totaled $446.00 around the end of November. I was told it would be direct deposited back to me the next day. Next day came, no deposit. I called back and was told the individual that assisted me previously didn't know what they were doing.
