Here we are again! Worst customer service i have ever dealt with. Turned off the wrong meter and will not turn mine back on even though my billed is paid. Offers no explanation as to why it was turned back off and will not turn it back on. Tried to say there was a power outage when the apartment next to me has power, then tried to convince me that it was not on the same grid. In this cold weather, my house has no electricity. How does that feel? I call every day, but still no one comes to solve my problem.
THEY MAKE IT SOOOOO HARD TO PAY YOUR BILL EVERY MONTH!!!!
