I moved from one apartment to another. Upon moving in I let them know the lights were already on and I needed them to be put into my name. They got all of my information and said I would be expecting a bill .. never received anything! I just got off of work at 11:30 at night and I am currently sitting in complete darkness.
No customer service to speak of. Can't take payments over the phone with a real person. Can only deal with bots. Chick was very rude because I just wanted to pay my bill talking to a real person
The service in my town sucks! Seems like the power is constantly going out and it takes forever to get power restored.
