This is a rip off in texas not even home and use daytime light outside instead of energy and bill still $400 and it's Co Op apartment complex so you forced to stay with Entergy until you move so they know you have no choice but to pay or be without lights and can't believe people allow this highway robbery and imprisonment to one company when they have multiple light companies but forced to only be able to use Entergy Light Co. In The Gregory Apts of Montgomery county so beware of Montgomery county period. Real sad.

We have lived in many states, some with much worse weather than in TX. In all that time never once did we have the kind of lengthy and repeated power outages like we do with Entergy. The power goes out every time someone sneezes! To add insult to injury jury, they always put off the estimated time to restore multiple times, they pass the costs onto the consumer, and they’re always doing bandaid jobs instead of fixing the problems. Unfortunately, Entergy is not getting back to me regarding my very high bill for February. I had submitted a request on 2/6/2025 but sadly, no one has reached back out to me. I submitted another request today, 3/6/2025 but until I receive a response from Entergy, I will uphold the 1/5 stars as the customer service is lacking.

Never have we experienced the unreliability that Entergy has in Conroe. At least once a month the power goes down. They do usually get it back up, but it's ridiculous to repeatedly loose power this often.
