Absolutely terrible in all sense. And get into a human representative.not just a machine it’s impossible
Honestly the best energy company I’ve ever had, I’ve never had any issues with anything and their website is very reliable and easy to use. Totally would recommend.
We had an emergency issue with a meter box, the leg had melted. The Entergy service tech for The Woodlands area, Jason came out to help. Jason was very nice , quick to do the repair right then. Jason could have scheduled to come back later but he took care of the issue right then. Jason saved us from going without power for another 4-8 hours unnecessarily. We were so impressed how much he insisted on wanting to help in order to get the power on quickly. Well done Jason with Entergy!
Worthless company get this crap out of texas we dont need unreliable service we gave enough
Do not use entergy their website is atrocious. Impossible to use and misleading. Reliant is way better.
