Had service for 2 day now an both days Entergy has disconnected my service for no reason besides employee misconduct. It has cost me $300 in food cause of it and Entergy for there own mistake won't recoup the lost that Entergy costs. I live on a monthly disability check and that much waste it's hard to recover from. It's Entergy cost me that now food for month is food pantry now to survive this month cause of Entergy

Overpriced monopoly of a power supplier. How can a 1 bedroom apartment run up $160 bills? And don't dare say you spoke to your neighbors with exact same square footage, similar power habbits, and same AC temp but an almost $50 price difference. They'll say "you can't really compare" If i had know this company was the only power provider for my complex, I wouldn't have chose to live here.
How is it possible to screw up a new customer like myself, who just moved to a new city, before I can even pay for service? You sent me my first bill in the mail, but when I go to pay it online I am required to spend my own time calling you guys for hours to remedy some arbitrary mistake that doesn't even allow me to pay it! Within the first 3 weeks? Fix your crap!
The worst power company in texas… takes 2 weeks to get power on “because of their internal problems” have called on 5 times sat on hold for hours to be scheduled now 5 more days out to get power on…
