So disheartening. I was without power for approximately 41 hours. It was 12 degrees one night, and 23 degrees another. Energy capital of America?! Ha! Perhaps, turning TX BLUE will enable us to KEEP THE LIGHTS ON! ERCOT, TED CRUZ, RICK PERRY, AND GREG ABBOTT (to name only a few morons) are an embarrassment to the entire state.
Really reeeeellllllly bad service. I don't have any other choice this is the only light company were I live at. But its horrible. People if u have any other choice get it. REALLY BAD LIGHT COMPANY AND ITS SOO SOOOOO EXPENSIVE
WORST! COMPANY EVER! horrible service and prices blow my mind!!
