Called 7 times for street light out. 7 appointments. It's been about a year. Still no light.
I would give them no stars. Because they telling me not to believe what the app say believe in paper statements...while the paper statement said the same thing before I paid.... my issue is when I payed the entire sum off on the app...a new charge appears a mins later......they told me im paying off the old charges not including the new charges....but on paper its clearly states that it includes pay due and new charges.....I pay the entire thing.....just to test out this theory on if they are fraudulently charging customers.... read more
