I paid my over due bill from a previous address 2 weeks ago. YOUR system did not process that payment and put a hold on my account activation. There was no balance or anything I could do on the app to get the power turned back on. After calling and speaking with the representative, she informed me that the system was hung up on processing the payment, so that’s why services had been stopped.
