If the wind blows the power is out & please know that they are taking their sweet time getting it back on! For how high it costs compared to other companies they should speed to help us. I have a baby and a child with asthma going on 24 hrs no electricity & they keep pushing the time back.
Moved locations. Was told everything was set up and good to go. That the bill reflecting in app would cover both residences. This was a lie. A clerical error made my power get turned off. Entergy claims nothing could be done, "I'm sorry that happened to you but the bill is still in effect. You need to make a full payment to get it restored".
