Entergy sucks.
I am currently unable to leave my house due to my power being out. My garage door is not lifting because I can not press a button. I have prepaid my bill for the year and the outage is not due to bad weather... This is unacceptable. I have four children in the house with me who I am unable to feed due to this outage and I needed to be somewhere for my daughter's birthday at 5pm.
