They need to get someone out to check on power theft with the seal gone and meter cover sticking out 3 inches. A week delay is unexceptionable
Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my 63 years! They schedule appointments and don’t keep them. I am not sure why, but their customer service representatives barely speak English and you can’t understand them. They have a legal monopoly and they know it, so they can treat their customers however they want, and they know you can’t do anything about it! It is so frustrating. Worst customer service ever . Wanted 2 pay my bill so they sent me 2 a man that can't talk good English ask me 3 times 2 spell my name so hung up no trust their.called back to talk to someone was telling him the problem but he hung up. They want our money but won't bother with us.
