Basically they charge you crazy money to pay 4 people $30/hr to stand on the ground and watch one guy work in a bucket. Something like a union only difference is the customer pays the fees. Whole company needs to audited for ripping people off.

They the worst. They made us loose power. Shame on yall. Yall cant even have yalld power lines work properly
They need to get someone out to check on power theft with the seal gone and meter cover sticking out 3 inches. A week delay is unexceptionable
Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my 63 years! They schedule appointments and don’t keep them. I am not sure why, but their customer service representatives barely speak English and you can’t understand them. They have a legal monopoly and they know it, so they can treat their customers however they want, and they know you can’t do anything about it! It is so frustrating.
