Outage every other month (Jul,aug,oct & dec). Currently I am what seems like the only person in my apartment complex without energy
I requested a move of address online on April 21st. Today is May 13th. Yesterday, I went to this location to discuss why my last bill was so high. Albeit, I am paying my last month's bill late and they combined payments up to a date of May 2nd (1 week and 4 days after we had moved OUT of my old apartment) so I wanted the proper amount deducted from my bill because I was not living there after that date, and I KNOW the complex leaves the A/C running at like 68 on the 3rd floor!
