Been in Conroe Texas for 3 years, I have never lived somewhere where every time there is a thunderstorm the power goes out for 3 - 5 hours, unless it snows then it’s 3 days no power. My ball python died in that last storm it got so cold. I lived in Panama City Florida for 15 years (lightning capital of the world) and never had these issues, perhaps you could call Gulf power and learn something.
Poor customer service. Poor service period
This company is literally the worst. They closed out my account online because I moved but then said I had a bill that wasn't paid. They wouldn't allow me to pay on the phone. How am I supposed to pay you if you closed out my account? They are a bunch of scammers. Do not trust them and try to use another company if you can.
The WORST company ever, they have terrible customer service starting from employees to Supervisors, they just gives you more problems not solutions one of the supervisors her name is Cristine was very rude to me did not care for what I had to say did not help me with my issue which was cause for them not me and its been one week since I have been trying to get someone to help me but not luck at all. Definitely stay away from this company if you have the option to get your electricity services from a different company.
