Dr. Dyer was great. Did what he needed to do to fix me, and had no hiccups with the crew.
This place is a scam... spent 15 minutes with Guttenplan, told me the chronic crunching sound every time i swallow was "normal", despite not having it for forty years. Then charged me $300!!! How do doctors live with themselves?
Unfortunately I made the mistake of ignoring the negative reviews about this Entegrity ENT prior to visiting and making arrangements to have surgery performed. The medical staff were competent and professional, however the same cannot be said for some members of the office staff that I worked with. I cancelled my surgery solely due to their lack of service. The Doctor that I met with was competent, but the service level that I received from the back office was unacceptable.
