We called to order a new macerator hose and connector part. Spoke with very nice service tech who helped us determine the correct parts and if they were in inventory. Arranged for overnight shipping (we are on the road) as were told both were in stock. 1 part showed as promised. I am still waiting on the hose (8 days later). Very disappointed.
