I waited over a hour to see him. Dr. Frank came in and sat straight in a chair before giving me a not thorough exam. Just made up something without doing any tests. He proceeded to say drs know nothing about ears and he is old he knows all about them, but yet I left with no answers. He wants me to come back for hearing test when I have never said I can't hear. I was referred to Dr Smith 5 yrs ago & he's been a God send to me. Where others were trying to send me to B'ham, my favorite Dr ( Michael Flanagan)sent me to who his family use in the area. He did the same procedure in his office and I haven't had an issue since!! Thank you Dr Joe Frank & Staff!!

I had severe vertigo. Dr smith therapist helped me in one day. Appt was fast one day. I need hearing aids severe hearing loss. Going to see him for help.. Medicare does not pay a penny. Hearing loss is horrible.. I will not go to.another dr for help. His staff is great. Too bad all drs are not dr..smith!
