I had severe vertigo. Dr smith therapist helped me in one day. Appt was fast one day. I need hearing aids severe hearing loss. Going to see him for help.. Medicare does not pay a penny. Hearing loss is horrible.. I will not go to.another dr for help. His staff is great. Too bad all drs are not dr..smith!
Very rude they cuts across your conversations as you speaking, unprofessional and don't show any concerns of there patients. I will never take our love one's there ever again. Rude, Rude
Very happy with everyone at this office. If all physicians were dr Smith we would be a lot better off. He and the therapists helped me in one day. Im returning for hearing aids if he accepts my insurance. Go.to this ent.. I would give 10 stars if possible..

My husband recently received care with Dr. Smith. So far we are very impressed with how professional the office staff is. They are well organized, the visit was thorough, and after emergent hearing loss post Covid vaccine along with many other vertigo/balance issues we feel he has taken the time to investigate more than any other physician we’ve seen during our military service time.
