I waited over a hour to see him. Dr. Frank came in and sat straight in a chair before giving me a not thorough exam. Just made up something without doing any tests. He proceeded to say drs know nothing about ears and he is old he knows all about them, but yet I left with no answers. He wants me to come back for hearing test when I have never said I can't hear. He says we need to.do this and this and it really sounds like he wants to make money off my misery. The place is old and it stinks. This is my experience
I had severe vertigo. Dr smith therapist helped me in one day. Appt was fast one day. I need hearing aids severe hearing loss. Going to see him for help.. Medicare does not pay a penny. Hearing loss is horrible.. I will not go to.another dr for help. His staff is great. Too bad all drs are not dr..smith!
Very rude they cuts across your conversations as you speaking, unprofessional and don't show any concerns of there patients. I will never take our love one's there ever again. Rude, Rude
Very happy with everyone at this office. If all physicians were dr Smith we would be a lot better off. He and the therapists helped me in one day. Im returning for hearing aids if he accepts my insurance. Go.to this ent.. I would give 10 stars if possible..
Dr Frank Smith has the best personality. Awesome visit. Very good experience
