Booked an appointment here through mychart. Mychart for some reason had an old insurance for me but wouldn’t let me update it. I figured I’d book the appointment then provide them the correct insurance. The next day, I received a voicemail while I was working saying they don’t accept my insurance and my appointment was cancelled. Guess I’ll look for a different practice.
