I called and left a message on a Monday morning about 9am for the "scheduling team". I left my name, ph# and DOB as requested and stated that I was wanting to schedule a new patient appointment. I did not get a call back on Monday, so I called and left the same message on Tuesday about 10am. I did not get a callback on Tuesday. So, I called on Wednesday about noon and asked to speak with a manager or Office Admin staff. You need someone reliable to answer the phone for appointments. I have tried for three days to connect with someone to set up an appointment. Twice I let the phone go for 10 rings with no response. Today it went for 12 rings and then disconnected. Not good for business!
IF I COULD PICK A NEGATIVE STAR I WOULD HAVE!!!!!!!!! I took my son to see Dr Solowski at ENTAA Care in Glen Burnie MD for his allergies. Dr Solowski reviewed my sons chart from his other doctor and said he needed to have surgery. Dr. Solowski did my sons surgery and everything seemed to be going fine and he was healing good. Worst patient service ever! It’s amazing to me that when Dr. Hamburger is running 30 minutes behind, he has no problem leaving you in the waiting room but when you get stuck behind two accidents on 695 and are 10 minutes late, he’ll refuse to see you when you’ve got a double ear infection, have been to urgent care twice already for it and now it’s the weekend and your only choices for relief are the ER or urgent care yet again. I was very disappointed as I drove all the way to the allergy office in Columbia today to find out that shots stopped at 4:30. It was 4:38. Apparently, the hours have been posted on paper but they are wrong on the website which is where I go to check. So, I was turned away. Please keep your hours updated electronically because that is how most do research now. In general my experiences are a 4 but today, a 2!
