Best care I've experienced in a long time
I went bc my ear keeps clogging up with fluid. The colored woman who checked me in has the personality of a road. Then the dr said he wanted me to get a hearing test after I told him my insurance won't cover it bc I had one done 2 years ago. The old lady at the front desk told me that I had to call my insurance company and give them the Dr's notes to see if I could get my insurance company to change their minds. I've never been to a Dr's office where I have to do their job. The last time I checked, I'm not on their payroll.
Great experience. I really felt like the doctors cared and did everything they could to help me out
