Also pretty bad experience in the clinic. Dr P. Lee seems to be hating her patients and her job overall. Was absolutely not interested in helping me and figuring out my continues sinuses problem. Appointment lasted 10 mins, after 5 months of waiting for it. No X-ray, KT or additional tests suggested. After going to another doctor and undergoing diagnostics - problem has been identified. Horrible customer service. Avoid at all costs. I called them to ask how can I schedule an appointment. I had a referral from my doctor and was looking for a clinic who does have availability within next to weeks to do a reduction (fractured my nose and need to see the specialist as soon as possible). Lady who picked up the phone was incredibly rude and unfriendly. She told me they doesn’t have any availability, which is fine, I expected this. The system is stupid not every one can do that. They will pay me ifthey screw up!
3 other ENT’s said my sinus’ were fine. Dr Grace Yi took my concerns seriously & did endoscopic sinus surgery and I can breathe again. Highly recommended.
