It's unfortunate when the admin side of a doctor's office can ruin your entire experience with the practice. No matter how good the treatment is, you cannot compensate for the complete lack of professionalism, lack of communication, and complete lack of care shown by the office and its staff. Will never return.
I lived with my nose barely working for a good 20 years. I’ve had multiple sinus problems and have seen many doctors. Dr Jones took 2 seconds and knew I needed surgery. I’m 3 weeks post surgery and I have never felt better!!! He took breathing seriously!
1 week post surgery and I feel like a brand new person! Dr Jones and staff have my vote of approval. I feel lucky that the recovery has been so smooth and that my constant headache is finally gone. I can also breathe again (after 12 years of issues) and it feels like a new lease on life. Thank you!! 🙏
Dr jones does an amazing job of squeezing me in last minute and took the extra care to make sure that my condition improved and to let him know immediately if it didn’t.
They are amazing Dr. Jones is the greatest. Don’t go anywhere else they will talk you through your needs and help you with your problems, indeed very professional. Just a really great doctor I highly recommend his services.
