Terrible office and staff. If you will ask a question nobody knows an answer and if they told you they will call you back with answers believe me they will not. But if you need another app sure they will do this for you but nobody cares about you just about $$$$. They just know how make appointments and charge you.

Definitely overcharge you for services that you do not receive I have Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance. I've had problems with fluid Behind my ear drums for years have had several tubes put in I've also had sinus problems to explain this to the doctor Obviously he did not listen he put tubes in my years in the office in charge me for a surgical procedure that was the most painful experience I've ever felt in my life. And I still have the same problem I had before. They dont care they just wanted their $300 extra that they ch... read more

Went in to get info on what could be done about my issue with my nose and not being able to breath right from it, they told me what I already knew and did nothing but put a little camera up one nostril since the other was too shut . Took 5sec and it was done . After insurance, I got a bill for almost $800 . Just to find out what I already knew and for them to check something stupid that took 5sec in my nose with a little camera . ONE SIDE only . All they care for here it seems is money.
