I was a little nervous going to see a new doctor for my ear issue and pain I was feeling. As I entered the doctors office I was greeted and helped promptly by a very professional staff. It was a breeze going in and getting my ear pain taken care of and out feeling very satisfied with my experience. I was referred here through my insurance after having 2 weeks of bad nausea/vertigo. I'm in Burbank, but was told that was my only option. The parking situation isn't great as it's underground and VERY cramped. I needed to get a ride due to my symptoms. Upon getting to the front desk and providing my ID/Insurance card, I was told by the heavyset white woman with glasses that she couldn't accept it because there was a small misprint on my card that said medicare which I'm not on. As much as I like seeing my provider for annual ear cleaning, I must say the receptionists are all lazy especially the Spanish speaker named Melissa. She said she was going to help me and the moment she did, she gave me nothing but attitude. The star for the office is for the provider and for the oriental lady who always calls me to the room. I will call my insurance provider to refer me elsewhere.
My experience was great. Friendly, easy to make and appt, quick but efficient.
