I was referred here through my insurance after having 2 weeks of bad nausea/vertigo. I'm in Burbank, but was told that was my only option. The parking situation isn't great as it's underground and VERY cramped. I needed to get a ride due to my symptoms. As much as I like seeing my provider for annual ear cleaning, I must say the receptionists are all lazy especially the Spanish speaker named Melissa. She said she was going to help me and the moment she did, she gave me nothing but attitude. The star for the office is for the provider and for the oriental lady who always calls me to the room. I will call my insurance provider to refer me elsewhere.
My experience was great. Friendly, easy to make and appt, quick but efficient.
Audiology test can be intimidating specially if you find out how much hearing loss you have. ENT Surgical Associates made me feel relaxed and calm throughout the consultation and test. The whole team is very modest and respectful.
