I had a very disappointing experience at this office. From the moment I arrived, I felt unwelcome. The staff were unfriendly, did not greet patients, and showed very little courtesy or professionalism. I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Dr. Yun. I waited more than 3–4 months for this appointment because I have been suffering from serious nasal problems for over 5–6 years. I arrived on time expecting a proper examination and guidance regarding possible surgery. Instead, Dr. Yun almost immediately stated that he was not comfortable working with me for personal reasons. Wow, I am so grateful for ENT Associates. I woke up this morning with a very painful left ear and it was completely plugged no matter what I did. They were able to take me for an appointment the same day where I was instantly diagnosed with a middle ear infection and prescribed the necessary treatment. They sent my prescription in immediately to my local pharmacy, and I am already back at home feeling a bit better after first treatmenr. The facilities were beautiful and clean everyone was so nice and helpful from the moment you came through the door the receptionist the doctor, her assistant.... everyone was very thorough warm and caring and very professional
I was a little nervous going to see a new doctor for my ear issue and pain I was feeling. As I entered the doctors office I was greeted and helped promptly by a very professional staff. It was a breeze going in and getting my ear pain taken care of and out feeling very satisfied with my experience.
