Wow, I am so grateful for ENT Associates. I woke up this morning with a very painful left ear and it was completely plugged no matter what I did. They were able to take me for an appointment the same day where I was instantly diagnosed with a middle ear infection and prescribed the necessary treatment. They sent my prescription in immediately to my local pharmacy, and I am already back at home feeling a bit better after first treatmenr. The facilities were beautiful and clean everyone was so nice and helpful from the moment you came through the door the receptionist the doctor, her assistant.... everyone was very thorough warm and caring and very professional
I was a little nervous going to see a new doctor for my ear issue and pain I was feeling. As I entered the doctors office I was greeted and helped promptly by a very professional staff. It was a breeze going in and getting my ear pain taken care of and out feeling very satisfied with my experience. I was referred here through my insurance after having 2 weeks of bad nausea/vertigo. I'm in Burbank, but was told that was my only option. The parking situation isn't great as it's underground and VERY cramped. I needed to get a ride due to my symptoms. Upon getting to the front desk and providing my ID/Insurance card, I was told by the heavyset white woman with glasses that she couldn't accept it because there was a small misprint on my card that said medicare which I'm not on.
