Associate explained the ear cleaning process
The staff and doctors are fine; it’s the site and parking that are problematic. It’s maze-like and quite confusing.

Dr. Yun is the most careless doctor I have ever seen in my life. I am going to repeat his exact words that I heard from his mouth right after my surgery, “I don’t care what you feel and what you want, it’s better to go home than stay here”. Even though I was having so much pain after my surgery. In short, I made a decision to stay there to control my pain.
