Very disappointing experience. The young female front desk employee with dark hair and the hearing test technician were overly commanding in their tone. I felt like I was being given orders rather than being treated as a patient. The technician was unwelcoming, with frowning eyebrows. Patients are not beggars—they are there to seek treatment, so empathy and kindness should be emphasized, and staff should be properly trained.
