I brought my two young children in for a second opinion after being told surgery wasn’t needed. This consultation felt rushed, with no scope used, and I was surprised when surgery was immediately recommended for both kids. When I asked questions, I felt dismissed rather than supported. We travelled to see Dr David Macintosh after highly recommended. We got a consult quite easily in June 2024. It was a very quick 5 minute appt in which he didn’t use a camera or anything but said my 4 year old would need surgery. It’s now Feb 2025 and we haven’t heard a single thing back from this clinic about a surgery. Save your time and money by going somewhere else. I have since been somewhere else and realised how ripped off I was.
Not even a 1 star! Absolute worse experience. Took both my boys (aged 6 & 9) to get check ups, as a dentist I saw recommended I get a second opinion after an ENT told me they didn't need tonsils or adenoids removed, so I followed his advice. David hardly even looked down both my sons throats, didn't use a camera, just a handheld light and stated they both needed tonsils, adenoids and nasal surgery for a deviated nasal septum...
