I began seeing Dr. Kimberly Russell in Plainville for longstanding chronic sinusitis, nasal obstruction, and difficulty breathing. Unfortunately, after two visits, I would not recommend her based on my experience. My retired allergist, Dr. McCormick of Lung, Allergy & Sleep in Hopdale, treated me for more than 20 years and was fully aware that I used Afrin because of the severity of my nasal obstruction. Went I went in both ears were blocked. When I left I could hear again with both ears. The experience was great!
The ease of getting an appointment to filling out the check in email information, getting to the appointment, and checking in to being taken back to the room and seeing the Doctor and having a reason why to having questions answered and a plan of what needs to be done in your situation. The whole experience was very relaxing and thorough. No questions left unanswered. Great ENT office, great Doctors, great staff. Highly recommend choosing them for your care.
