Everyone at the Plainville location has been extremely professional and thoughtful.
I wish this place would go the extra mile to make it so I could book an appointment. Instead it wants me to argue with insurance about maiden names of my doctor and myself. Instead change the name in your system to bill the maiden names with the same address. Never had a problem anywhere else (as most companies do this for you), but shows they don’t know how to do their job or even care about the people they are serving.
I went in because I had multiple scans showing that my lymph node was swollen and continuing to swell. After meeting with the NP Deborah, she reviewed my scans, did a scope and decided I should get a biopsy to rule out malignancy. I came back the next week to see Dr Dhingra for the biopsy and he was extremely rude and dismissive. Kept asking me “why are you here” as if I just walked in off the street asking for a biopsy. This is my second time coming here, I always love coming here because the staff and everyone working is so friendly and nice and they always take care of me and their customers! I went in for an earwax removal and the process and waiting time was very fast, easy and efficient! The doctors know exactly what they’re doing! I love coming here. Thank you guys for taking care of me.
Years ago i went there the doctor i had was great and gentle. I have very sensitive ears and i said i want to have them use the suction machine instead of the pick like previous doctor at another place. I also asked what kind of cleaning prep to use to make the suctioning easier. Cannot give advice for the prep, i said ok i will talk to a pharmacist.
