The on person experience was superb. Dr Kim was excellent
Extremely helpful and very professional. They got me in right away and assured me that I will be fine. They explained it in terms of understanding. I will recommend friends and family if they are in need of a ENT Specialist
I was told to get a CT scan, so I did, and then scheduled an appointment with the doctor to review the results. However, the results showed that there was no issue. On the day of my appointment, I didn’t even get to see the doctor and was instead informed of the results by a nurse (or staff member). Honestly, if the results were normal, I feel like this could have been communicated over the phone. I took time out of my day to see the doctor, but ended up only speaking with a staff member, which made the visit feel unnecessar... read more
