Does not car about their patients! Neglect of their billing department years ago and now won’t take visits unless I take money out of my own pocket. Don’t care if patient has medical issue now after not having issue for years. Going to see I different medical facility. Doctors don’t care!
I was actually referred to this practice by my PCP and I discovered today the referral was faxed in April and still never got a phone call to schedule an appointment. I actually called this place myself to schedule an appointment 2 days ago. The woman answering the phone was extremely rude & unprofessional. Said she would call me back and it’s been 2 days with no call. I have luckily found another place that I will be seen at and it definitely won’t be this place. Dr Dagher and his staff are awesome. Always very professional, courteous and friendly. They answer any questions or address any concerns. This is a great place with great people.
I’m an extremely anxious patient. I would hate to have me. Today, I had Dr. Dhingra and Tina perform a biopsy on my neck. They were excellent! Tina went through the whole process of the procedure with me. The doctor was patient and kind. Thank you for making me feel comfortable.
