A very positive and educational experience.
My husband and I went in for a hearing test. My husband was told his hearing was bad enough he needed hearing aids. They told him they would cost $5,000-$6,000 and wanted to get them ordered right away. When we told them no, their demeanor changed; they were not as friendly. My husband got a second opinion and was told his hearing was just fine. I went in another day, for chronic congestion. Laura checked that and then started checking my INSPIRE Device.
