We love Brighton ENT specialists! My oldest sees Dr. Varjebedian and had tubes in both ears at age 2. He loves him and Dr. Varj is so great with kids. My youngest recently saw Dr. Seele due to a congenital ear deformity and he fitted her with Ear Wells to help form the cartilage to where it was supposed to be so she would not need surgery later. Her ears look perfectly normal now and she is 5 weeks old. The office is great and efficient and I have nothing but good things to say about them.
I have already reviewed your company in your company's directed survey and since you are requesting another review I will leave it here. This was the worst experience we've ever had with a doctor. I would absolutely never go back! I've never before had a doctor grab my child and touch her without any communication until this one. He was condescending, disrespectful and rude.
DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES!! SO MANY HIDDEN COSTS AND THE BILLING MANAGER IS INCREDIBLY RUDE! I HAVE HAD 3 APPOINTMENTS SO FAR AND HAVE PAID OVER $1800 FOR ALLERGY TESTING/SHOTS/MEDS AFTER INSURANCE. I RECEIVED A BILL FOR $25 JUST FOR THEM TO SHOW ME HOW YO USE AN EPI PEN. I ASKED FOR PRICING 3 TIMES FOR ALLERGY SHOTS AND TOLD THEM I WASN'T INTERESTED IF IT WAS GOING TO BE EXPENSIVE. I saw Dr. Seel for my sinuses and I had surgery in August. I was hoping everything had went well. I was still having different color discharge afterwards. I asked him if i needed an infection disease specialist, he said no.I asked do you think i need a specimen done he said no. Finally in December he did a culture after i asked him again.
