Everyone was very kind and very helpful
Went in for a simple wax cleaning in left year and came out worse. He used water and I have a punctured ear drum. I left bleeding and needed to go to a ENT at Jefferson two days after because of the pain I was told it should heal on own but will take up to 25 plus days to feel any relief.
Came in with an issue,a complete stranger, and problem, greeted by beautiful “Connie” was soved by Dr. McGrath. He was quick, personable, and direct and took care of issue…..
My visit with Dr McGrath was great. During my visit he answered all of my questions and made recommendations for future visits. I have recommended him to both family and friends.
