Amy is very professional and personable. She listened to my issues, examined me and came to a workable plan in a short period of time. I wish all medical professionals were as efficient as she is.
1st time the lady at front desk was rude, no customer service skills. 2nd time drove over 40 mins to get therr and because of traffic I was 15 mins late, the audiologist did not want to see me and there was only one patien in the waitung area, and I know he only had one patient in the back with him worst experience, never going there again, absolutely do not reccomend this place.
My mom went in for a check-up, and immediately upon walking through the door, the receptionist rudely shouted, “$75 copay,” without verifying her name, identity, or insurance. My mom, confused, asked, “Do you even know my name or what insurance I have?” The receptionist then admitted she was looking at someone else’s file and mentioned a completely different insurance provider.
