I was seen the first week of March 2026, and then follow-up appointment was mid-April 2026. Evan was the medical scribe, and Dr. Mauricio Parra-Ferro was the MD. Dr. Parra-Ferro did a wonderful job with answering questions relating to my constant throat clearing in the mornings. I got printed out notes from the first visit. I have a lot of things working against me anatomically. He prescribed me a nighttime nasal spray medication and recommended gourmet reflux, the Flonase and the Neilmed Sinus Rinse. This was my first time meeting Hailey at Hearing & ENT South Florida of Allergy Associates. She did an excellent job cleaning my ear and also took the time to check my nose and mouth. She was professional and kind. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

Very professional, very courteous staff! Dr PF was Great! Explained all the possible reasons, & how we're going to address them if needed. The Girls in the office are very professional & accommodating. They all could use an increase in salary For making sure all patients are scheduled properly & comfortable in the waiting room.
Knowledgeable, kind and caring. What more can one ask? Let’s not forget the staff that goes out of their way to make a visit to the office a very positive experience.
