Personable Doctor..My visit collectively lasted about 5 mins/seemed rushed for the high cost per visit… On filling out initial forms…there was indication of a list of testings that may not be covered by Insurance..and would require me to check with them before my visit… The reason for my visit was to check the health of my ears, due to headaches and dizziness… Unfamiliar with what an endoscopy looks like/feels like …an endoscopy testing was done, made my follow up appointment pending a CT scan then left… 2 months post my vis... read more
Pretty frustrating experience. The doctors are good but wow trying to get in touch with someone there is a nightmare. They outsource their calls to a call center. Those calls don’t seem to go anywhere. Nobody at the office picks up throughout normal business hours. When you call the medical line directly, again nobody answers. Voicemails don’t get returned. Unfortunately, due to this, I am now switching ENT’s even though I liked mine.
On time, efficient and very thorough. Dr. Kasle and his staff are wonderful.
I will not be going back due to the inefficiency of the staff. I called six times to reschedule an appointment. Couldn't reach anyone and no one called me back.
All staff were very professional, knowledgeable efficient. My examination was thorough and comprehensive.
