Dr. Patel is super professional and friendly, always takes the time to listen to my concerns, explains everything clearly, and makes sure I’m comfortable. He performed my sinus surgery, which was handled incredibly well, and has been reassuring throughout that entire process. He takes his time during appointments and is very cautious and detail oriented to make sure my recovery is on the right track. I would definitely recommend him to anybody looking for an ENT!
Dr. Patel's office staff is terribly rude. I will never return. Dr. Patel saw my 3 year old son for an ear infection he has had for over 6 months. I have tried many things with our pediatrician to remedy the issue including antibiotics. Dr. Patel's only answer was to try another antibiotic, which big surprise didn't work. When I called back saying it didn't work they called and told me they could either prescribe another antibiotic or see him again IN TWO MONTHS. UNBELIEVABLE. UNHELPFUL. Dr Patel truly stands out. He is caring and answers questions thoroughly. He spends time and involves me in decisions. Staff is also professional and kind.
