Dr. Patel was incredibly kind and thorough during my visit. He took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand and made sure all of my questions and concerns were addressed. You can genuinely tell that he truly cares about his patients and wants to help. I never felt rushed, and the whole experience made me feel very comfortable and well taken care of. Highly recommend Dr. Patel!
Dr. Patel's office staff is terribly rude. I will never return. Dr. Patel saw my 3 year old son for an ear infection he has had for over 6 months. I have tried many things with our pediatrician to remedy the issue including antibiotics. Dr. Patel's only answer was to try another antibiotic, which big surprise didn't work. When I called back saying it didn't work they called and told me they could either prescribe another antibiotic or see him again IN TWO MONTHS. UNBELIEVABLE. UNHELPFUL. Dr. Patel took time to explain steps that I needed. Also the options for me. He asked questions n know my problems and clearly explained what we are going to do. Also the nurse were friendly
Dr. Patel was great! Very personable and knowledgeable.
We highly recommend Dr. Patel. He gave us thorough explanation about conditions. The office is very neat and clean. All the staff members are very friendly.
