I was referred to Dr. Enrique Perez to help me get a diagnostic for my hearing loss and tinnitus. My appointment was set two month after my call. I also asked if this doctor was in-network and I provided my insurance info. The day came, I arrived on time, offered my ID & insurance card to the receptionist and my previous MRIs, audiology tests, XRs, etc. They told me that I should give it to the doctor. I woke up one day feeling my hearing in one ear blocked and nothing improved after a few days cleaning my ear a few times, I called ENT services at Mt. Sina wanting to see an ENT doctor. Disorganized and not patient centered or collaborative. Staff are nice enough but the MA of Dr. Leitman was unhelpful and made inaccurate assumptions. Do not recommend.

I've been seeing this office for about 2 years or more. I had sinus infection. Was recommended to have surgery to help with sinuses. I had surgery and recovered ok. But after 3 months my sinuses started up again. The ent doctor told me it was a rotten tooth that I had that was causing my sinuses to be inflammation. They told me to see oral surgeon. I was recommended to so many but none would take me. I was five all this misinformation instead of telling me the truth that my tooth was the cause. Now I'm still within sinuses p... read more
