I went there for a spot on my neck, he said the spot on your neck is OK but down to the side.Something's wrong with your thyroid ended up having thyroid cancer was removed excellent doctor.
Not a great experience. Seemed solely focused on $, not the patient. Ended up overpaying and still trying to get my money back. Office staff didn’t help with billing, telling me it’s handled off site and to call for help. Lots of back and forth with office and insurance company. Find another place for your ENT needs. My whole experience would have been a 5 star. However I had to go to the lab. The lady at the desk was so rude. I explained to her what I needed all she Said was go sign in at the ciosk so I did. It told me I had no appointment I went back to her. I got a dirty look and a sigh you need to sign in and say this and that and you are doing a pick up so do it right this time. I had septoplasty performed by Dr Bernstein and it has been great. I can breath through my nose finally. I am very happy with the results and the follow up too!
