Dr Reddy is AWFUL - stay away!!! He misdiagnosed my daughter and blamed me when he spoke to her on the phone ( not knowing he was on speaker). SO many issues with him when my daughter really needed care. It was a terrible experience
Beware!! This office, practitioner and staff need transparency about CHARGES for procedures BEFORE they are offered or imposed to the patient. Make sure to ask if they are absolutely necessary as you may save some money! I went in for a mouth problem. This office billed my plan $813 for a one minute probing with a little camera down my nose, of which I now have to pay $362. I would have declined this "procedure" should I have known upfront about the ridiculous charges, not to mention the charge for my first time visit $364. ... read more
The place is resonably good in rural NJ. The nurses with Dr. Reddy at Newton Hospital were good for minor surgeries. However, Dr. Reddy's staff at his practice ENT of sparta are awfull. Atlantic Health needs to get some professional staff. Nobody followed after the surgery of my son's tonsillectomy. There is also a "perceived bias" and "marginalization" of people of color although Dr. Reddy is a person of color. Since my evaluation I felt that when I sat with your scheduler Kerry that any question I had was an interruption of her time (the look on her face and her tone) I had scheduled my surgery and now it has been cancelled because of the lack of professional courtesy on part of your staff. Sorry Dr. Reddy, I did like you and your manner
