Had an allergy appointment for my son, waited 40 minutes past the appointment time and was told another patient was still ahead and it would be a longer wait. Left without being seen. Brought my son for his allergy shot, arrived prior to 5 pm but was refused the shot because they “didn’t realize he was out there” despite signing in and continued to refuse to administer the shot. Due to the terrible experience here I withdrew him as a patient.

They was hour past our appointment The receptionist were very unfriendly.
On my first visit I arrived 10 mins early and waited over an hour for my apt. after that inital apt I found that the Receptionist are rude, refuse to correct bills, and the doctor went on vacation and made me miss my apt. I will never return to this office. Don't waste your money, I made a 500$ mistake don't be me
have had 2 problems where they mess up my bill by charging what i already paid for. now my appointment has been pushed back 2 months because the doctor went on vacation during my appt date. i have severe allergies and the doctor even told me i needed to be back within 4 weeks now they said i have to wait two more months. this place is ridiculous. the staff there is so stuck up to patients. going to take my buisness elsewhere.
