Unbelievably unorganized office. I’ve been here twice and it has been an absolute madhouse in the lobby both times. It is apparent they have way more patients booked than they truly have time for in a day. They’re always extraordinarily behind schedule. Plan to wait at least an hour after your scheduled appointment, if not longer. Their scheduling practices are disrespectful of their patient’s time. If I could give zero stars I would. This office is absolutely horrendous. The doctors and receptionist are all very rude. They called us back at 11:05 and then proceeded to get an attitude when my 4 year old niece was scared to go back. The receptionist was very rude and told us that if she wasn’t going to come back the doctor was going to go to lunch because his usual lunch time was at 11, when THEY called us back at 11:05. Our experience was amazing! The front desk was very friendly. We were taken back to the room before our actual appointment time and the doctor (I think it was the PA) came in within 5 minutes of the MA doing vitals. He listened and took many notes and gave advice, was very funny and made us extremely comfortable. He even walked us back to the front desk to help with scheduling a follow up and gave us a realistic expectation of when to hear from the places he was putting in referrals for. Highly, highly recommend.
