This is my second time saying Doctor well she takes time to listen is very gentle understanding, and I will be using her in the future
they Fix my ear
I was very excited for my appt to see "a specialist" Since I've been having Ear and Throat pain for quite some time. Only to be told that "everything looks great" it could be this it good be that just take ibuprofen if the pain gets to bad!! So I'm just going to pop ibuprofen for the rest of my life? Great!! They also recommend i watch a YouTube video!! I'm sure I'll be receiving a hefty bill in the mail for that recommendation
The office staff was wonderful. Dr. West went above and beyond to take care of my issue. Thank you so much!
