To reply to their response: 4/1/26 Thank you for your response. However, I want to clarify that while forms may have been signed, there was no clear verbal explanation that a nasal endoscopy would be performed that day or that it would be billed as a surgical procedure with significant cost. Being handed forms on an iPad or in-office without proper explanation—especially when caring for a child—does not equate to informed consent.
