I recently visited Helios ENT and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience from the moment I arrived. Upon entering, I was asked whether I had an appointment. I explained that I was told appointments were not available, yet I later observed other patients being asked whether they were walk‑ins or had scheduled appointments.
