I recently visited Helios ENT and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience from the moment I arrived. Upon entering, I was asked whether I had an appointment. I explained that I was told appointments were not available, yet I later observed other patients being asked whether they were walk‑ins or had scheduled appointments. I was referred to Heliod ENT walk in clinic by my primary care physician. With the length of time it takes to see a specialist, the idea of a walk in ENT clinic was refreshing. There is a queue, but they are very professional and caring. Excellent care and I hope more specialties will consider this.

It’s always a good feeling when you walk into the establishment and they greet you on a first name basis! I would not want to spend my money anywhere else! Dr Hartman and team are superb and deserves all of their accolades! Great job team!!
