I went in because I had two lumps in my neck. He scoped me twice and took two biopsy twice. They never told me what it was, the lady that called me to give me the results had no idea what she was reading. They said nothing about a mass on the base of my tongue. It turns out I have cancer. I would advise any using his service to seek a second opinion.
I have suffered from recurring sinus infections all my life. Dr. Mehendale suggested I consider a balloon sinuplasty and, after reviewing my options, he performed one about six weeks ago. The first two weeks post-surgery were uncomfortable with congestion and headaches, but those problems faded away and now I am breathing much easier. I hightly recommend Dr. Mehandale. He has a very comforting manner and his entire staff has been wonderful to deal with.
WORST DOCTORS OFFICE IN DALLAS. CALLED 4 TIMES, LEFT 4 VOICEMAILS BEFORE I GOT “LUCKY” SOMEONE PICKED UP THE 5TH CALL AND I WAS ABLE TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. THE LADY WAS INDIFFERENT WHEN I EXPLAINED HOW FOR 4 DAYS I COULDN’T REACH THEM BY SAYING “WE ARE A BUSY DOCTORS OFFICE” 🤣 SHE SAID SHE WILL EMAIL ME PAPERWORK WHICH I NEED TO FILLUP AND BRING ON APPT DAY. I would not recommend Mehendale. I went with him because the positive feedback I had heard over the years and because he seemed like a kind man in person, but unfortunately it resulted in significant nerve damage that is looking like it may be permanent due to him possibly cutting a major nerve. I also had significant damage to my tongue after surgery which is not common if they are careful. After the surgery he never provided an update on how the surgery went or if there were complications.
