Dr.Levin is absolutely amazing! I have been having issues with my ears for 5 years. Had a different ear, nose, throat doctor tell me my hearing is fine and there is nothing wrong with me. I've been having sinus infection regularly and bad ear infection. Still was told by a different doctor it was just my allergies and im fine. Dr Levin knew what my problem was immediately. His was very kind and helpful. Explained everything to me and even showed me the inside of my ear so I could see that my ear doesn't pop like it should. C... read more
Visited once. They didn’t provide the service that I had an appointment for. Ok - I get a bill several months later for $180. I call them and they tell me they will bill Medicare. Then I get a collections letter. I give them a call when their website says their open, and their phone message says they’re open. No luck. Won’t answer. I had a pointless doctor’s appt, and a bill for a service that did nothing, and they won’t even bill Medicare, let alone answer the phone.
Very bad ...
ENT Medical is a wonderful place to go if you are having issues with your ears, nose, or throat. Dr. Levin is excellent, and his expertise really helped me! In addition, his staff were very friendly and treated me very well! I highly recommend going here!!!
HOT HOT MESS. STAY AWAY FOR YOUR OWN SANITY AND AVOID QUESTIONABLE BILLING. GO TO ANY OTHER ENT!!!
