Doctors and staff are great, but god almighty are they slow and disorganized. Made an appointment 3 weeks ago for 12:00 post surgical follow up and at 2:15 I still haven’t even seen the nurse. This is evidently the place that illegal immigrants and homeless come for eye care so be prepared for…..interesting people….in the waiting room where you’ll spend at LEAST half a day
Lack of transparency in billing or costs. A simple eye exam that was the beginning of stye was billed at $354.70! This is why healthcare is broken, who the hell wants to see a doctor when they are all crooks.
