I made an appointment 3 months and ahead of time only to arrive and be told that I need a referral. I had the referral but they told me that my Dr needs to upload it to the insurance portal. When I asked why this couldn't be communicated in advance they didn't deem necessary to answer or apologize and turned to speak to the next patient in line.
Dr. Merer is a saint with children. Came here to get my two year old assessed for tubes after months of painful ear infections. My child was excited to go here to get tested every time and she's all better after the operation. Thank you, Dr. Merer!
