I'm shocked and appalled all the bad reviews. I've had ENT since the 90s ( it was still Mountain Bell FC), I've carried them thru 3 States, and to this day I run all my bills thru ENT because they are SO good, AND I live in Florida now. As a 30 + year customer I've NEVER had anything but good service with ENT. THANKS ENT.
I’ve been with ent for 9 years.They no longer have fraud prevention and constantly let money out of you account ,I’ve had multiple $500+ charges go through that I didn’t make . If you even can get the money back it will take a week . I would recommend checking out chase or key bank ,ent has gone down hill.
I had been a member for over 14 years but closed my accounts due unethical business practices, disappearing deposits from my previous employer that ENT was never able to find, and being forced to opt into "voluntary" programs that I asked to have revoked numerous times. This used to be a good credit union when I first opened an account but not any more. I don't recommend it to anyone. There are numerous other options in the city, don't use ENT.
