I have several mortgages with ent and have recommended them to other investors in the past. But I simply can’t log into their account or reach anyone on the phone or online. It’s just a giant waste of time and extremely frustrating to have them not even be able to produce a website that allows you to login or a phone that is answered.
Ent has been nothing but headaches for the last year. They debited my checking account for some credit card that wasn't mine. Then they double drafted a large payment I made, causing a massive overdraft in my other checking account. Their disposition from beginning to end was unbelievably obtuse, rude, and accusatory. They couldn't explain any of the movement of money through their system, and assumed it could only be my fault. The back-end of their banking system is hot trash I no longer trust them with my money. I've been hacked twice within 2 months call their 24 hr fraud response n they don't answer. Then they tell me they short handed like that's our fault when they promised us? They are horrible. Been with em for 6 years n always suck. Rather deposit my stuff at Walmart at this point.
