Canceled my apt without notification. Took a day off work and drove 6 hours. PATHETIC.
Edit:and thanks to the negligence of Dr Dickie in changing my appointment over and over, again its not supposed to be more than 6 months, I am now completly deaf in my right ear. Constant canceled appointments, they hang up before you ever talk to anyone, I only go here because I saw redmond for 20 years but his replacement is unprofessional and shouldn't have taken his case load if he was going to screw with the patients appointments over and over.
