the doctors are great but the actual office is a nightmare. ENT consultants are just that: consultants. they have no time or patience to answer your question. They are just paid to answer the phone and answer questions. This is why there's so much attitude there. drs are great-reception is horrible.
Secretary is incredibly rude and lacks compassion. It’s also not clear where to go in the building.
Newfoundland has got so bad in medical it’s unreal . Doctors say time and again they are listening but they aren’t unless you demand better care. . Same thing over and over . Doctors in nl are checked out and don’t care anymore about patients who really are begging for help . Secondly the fact there is now two different waiting rooms to go through when you get here is disappointing and affects one’s mood .
