Great place to get my ears some special attention. Awesome people and exceptional care
Every single employee talked to, whether it be in person or over the phone, had a horrible attitude. I ended up canceling our pre-op and our surgery altogether based on lack of communication and disrespect. The surgery was for my toddler, his one and only ever operation. People in the medical field have to realize surgery can be nerve-racking to mothers who don’t deal with this kind of stuff every day. Very off putting and i’m super disappointed. Do better.
Doctor Arnot is awesome with my kiddo. Explains everything clearly and the staff are super nice.
