Terrible Customer Service experience! Rochester reps put me on a long hold!! Its like I got all day to wait! What a waste of time!
Dr. Marwan Boulis was fantastic. He was very thorough and answered all my Qs. His staff were extremely efficient and they got me scheduled quickly and seamlessly. The facility was very clean. If you’re looking for a great ENT, this is the place for you.
This review is based on my experience dropping off a CT scan for my 18 year old that needs answers soon. The woman at the front desk, shaved sides and somewhat spiky hair, thank you.
