This place is a joke! I didn't buy my hearing aids there, so every time I drop them off for service, I get charged $20 for them to be looked at. I just paid $520 ($500 for the hearing aids and another $20 drop-off fee). Got my hearing aids back, and within 2 months, the right one stopped working. Sent it out to get it fixed, and I had to pay another $20 extortion fee to have it fixed again, even though they are under warranty. I explained this to Riley (the clueless manager), but to no avail.
