Consistently awful service, especially from the scheduler, Taylor. She is incompetent, rude and unhelpful.
I was a little reserved about going here because of the reviews but had a wonderful experience from the moment I walked in the door. The check-in process could not have been easier or friendlier, I did not have to wait too long at all and the PA, Susan Cooley was super helpful, caring and informative without rushing or dismissing my concerns.
Waited 30 mins. Was told it wouldn’t be much longer. It wasn’t because I left. No wonder my PA said Dartmouth? I said I’ll go to RRMC. What a joke this place is. All other Doctors seem to see people in a reasonable time frame. Disgusting! So glad I have choices.
I couldn’t agree more with the bad reviews! Please don’t just take to google to review, actually call the hospital and complain because this is terrible patient care and negligence.
Realize they are short staff , but customer service is pretty nonexistant
