The audiologist gets 5 stars- Kristen is absolutely wonderful, and she always has been. However, Dr. Cameron - not so much. I brought my son in today for his annual hearing test, and his hearing has declined slightly since last year. I asked Dr. Cameron 3 different questions related to ear medications, balance issues, and when to be concerned. He looked at me for a few seconds in silence, but never answered any of the questions. The WORST!!!! You couldn’t pay me enough money to go back to Dr. Cameron The treatment I received was beyond deplorable. I learned my lesson and I would rather suffer.
Very frustrated and disappointing. Years ago, i never had any issue that i could recall regarding Dr Feldman, but after my visit today im left feeling frustrated, defeated and sad. I’m actually in the parking lot as i type this. I’m not even writing this due to the lack of answers/solution to my problems, but what a sincere lack of bedside manner, felt rushed, and like i was just another number. Feldman is possibly one of the rudest doctors I have had the displeasure of meeting with for my sinus issues. He rushed me through my visit and actually insulted me twice. I haven't followed up with him in months but he keeps filling my Flonase which he swiftly prescribed to me before even getting to the bottom of what the issue was. 2 starts because the audiologist was extremely nice.
