Staff great , Dr not so much , won't be back very disrespectful
Love everything about this place! They got me approved for a surgery I've been trying to get for over 5 years, when I needed another set of tubes I was scheduled for surgery within the next week! I called saying some symptoms about my ears, I was just going to leave a message for the doctor or nurse, but they scheduled me to come in the next morning! They wait time is short and they are amazing!!!
I had a bad experience, waited well over a week and a half for them to schedule me an appointment. All the while having fluid in my ears. They never called me, I had to call them every day. The receptionist very unprofessional and borderline rude.
