Dr. Vargo and staff were wonderful. Front desk great with making my appointment at a convenient date and when I needed to change appointment it was no problem. The doctor explained procedures, very efficient and felt very comfortable here -5 stars!
If I would I will not give even 1 star to this facility. AS SOON AS YOU WALK IN THE FACILITY HAS A MUSTY ODOR.As a patient I questioned if the microorganisms are multiplying here and if I will contract another bacteria or fungus. Well my gut feeling was right. Next- Keep in mind that if you have a medical insurance they will overcharge your insurance for procedures that the doctor Syed Ahmed Ali didn't perform on his patients. Doctor Vargo is super nice. Had him clean my impacted ear. He was nice. Professional, talked to me about my concerns and answered them. I would definitely recommend him.
I was sent here because I constantly get strep throat and was getting tonsil stones due to them being enlarged. They did my appointment and decided they needed to be removed. Surgery went great, I was almost out of my pain meds and had lots of swelling and it took one simple message for them to send me more medication to help me recover.
I would not recommend taking any loved ones to this practice. Not only was I lied to, but I was denied proper care for my daughter. After being seen in Plymouth due to the lack of adequate number of providers, I was directed to follow up with the Jackson office. Upon doing this, an appointment was made. That appointment, a week before was canceled essentially due to the doctor “not wanting to see patients that day.” My daughter now is still in pain and we have to wait another few weeks to be seen by a doctor instead of havin... read more
