I would highly reccomend this Doctor's office to anyone!! I am new patient and today was my first ever visit there and it was fantastic! The staff was very polite and professional. Not to mention the fact that they worked me into their schedule on extremely short notice since I was going out of town and in need of a quick appointment. Dr Chuck Howells is great!

It's such a shame that we had a bad experience - the provider who saw my son initially was very kind & knowledgeable. We made an appointment in the office to return for my daughter. At that time, we were not given a reminder that new patients are supposed to come 30 minutes early for their appointments. We were not given any paperwork to complete. Received no bill from the practice after my appointment. Figured my insurance covered everything. Received a collections notice today.. The practice was sending my bill to my mother, who's not been there in years, so she was disregarding the mail that came from them. Thank you for ruining my credit over 100 dollars. A clerical error is going to cost me purchasing my first home. Thanks ENT Associates of Altoona!
